I want to come to a point, but I will not become a mathematician or an astronomer to choose the right one. I have a tendency to Aimpoint not sold on others. I would like to keep it under $ 350. Thank you in advance for your advice.

Aimpoint red is a good starting point.
EOTECH is also a good option.
These two are probably the best choice in your price range and also for military and law enforcement authorities. The difference is the Aimpoint displays a red dot, while the EOTECH a hologram ... similar to a cross.
Now consider one of these deals magnafication. You need to buy a magnafier if you wish.
