Can U Exercise After Just Having A Bunion Surgery Hammer Toe Surgery And Tendons?

Hammer toe surgery and tendons? - can u exercise after just having a bunion surgery

I had hammer toe surgery, and clenching of the operation in January. My doctor told me that my longing can exercise so my toes are bent. I bend all the toes with the exception of the 2nd and third fingers. It hurts very bad when I do exercises, so I'm eager to see what I can do to bend the fingers. Then I soak in hot water, or is it better to continue to try to bend and lift with ice? How long b4 I can bend my toes, right?

Have you not to physical therapy? I wish the doctor if you can.

I would try again to strengthen the foot with some form of rubber bands. Wrap around the forefoot and pull your foot on you. Mobile Get the tendon again. Once you start with a good flexion of the foot, you are able to touch your toes again.

I agree with I Love Yahoo ...... We definitely should look at physical therapy, until then, try soaking your feet in warm / hot with a little Epsom salts. Good luck!
