To my knowledge, no clinical name for the kind of person you describe, but it is very selfish and heartless
It is a diagnosis very irresponsible. Adults can add but not explain much of this behavior, except for poor planning and can be disrupted, perhaps impulsivity.
If you think your lack of consideration for others is more than is normal, then it is possible that he was a psychopath. It is a rather vague definition, but it seems closer to what you describe.
