Question about hdtv pci tuner card? - dvr pci
I am thinking to buy this PCI HDTV Tuner --

I have some questions.
1) Do I need an additional antenna to receive local channels in HDTV? Or can the card itself that?
2)
My LCD monitor has a maximum resolution of 1680 x 1050, but it is a sign of the HD 1920 x 1080, so how is it my monitor?
3) Has anyone bought or used this card?
4) Is there a video card with built-in HDTV tuner so because I want to get a new graphics card if I would be 2 in 1, it better.
Basically I want a card that I think basic cable HD and also get local channels. If this happens, a video card that would be great if I have a separate card for those who need it, tahta also okay
