My therapist is someone whose job it is designed specifically for insurance claims. The back of the cards is that my mental health claims other than a company. I did not know that and took the lady of my therapist's office 6 weeks to resolve this problem. Should not read my card and noticed 6 weeks ago? I called and the company will pay after 9 / 29 - later this year. Am I responsible for the last 6 weeks?

If the office of your provider (therapist) in your insurance plan to participate, is the subject of a contractual obligation with the insurance claims timely file.
