Need some good trail running shoes any suggestions? - saucony trail
I'm 5'6 about 130 pounds, and run an average of 30 miles per week. For me out there running, I'm looking for a good pair of walking shoes. I was in my Asics 1120 today and my feet are now worn out. Too much light. The terrain here is much asphault broken and stony. I also overpronate. I'm looking for several couples, but they know that some accounts of certain footwear tested. I have a tendency to Asics and Saucony any professional body or a specific model would be very grateful!

Stay away from Saucony is very small for the fingers and can be reused when a bruise on the nail (ouch) to cause. If you stay with Asics shoes to walk. If you are looking for something, something more MERRELL or try the North Face. They are a little heavier than normal shoes (about 18 ounces). You will have a outtersole very difficult to do, good for the winter, hiking and running. And most of them find with Gore-Tex, a waterproof material that they consider good to your feet dry during the winter months has failed. Less than a hiking boot and a sneaker I recommend using a pair of Pearl Izumi SyncroSearch or SyncroShift. Much like a normal shoe, but a little harder outtersole and Gore-Tex.

To access the trail of 3 years running in Europe, I have Nike. On rough asphalt 6 inches of mud can not say that I had no problem if I have a new pair every 6 months.
Saucony Tangent is what I use. Although they are used in races, provide excellent support and light. Not sure if you're interested in, but also look pretty sweet.
Strengths: cool, great support, sufficient light, air
Cons: about $ 120 is not cheap, but it's worth

Try Saucony Grid Aura TR. The only one I've heard is the weight.
