Fax Answer Problem Is There Any Software Which Can Enable WinFax To Distinguish Whether The Number It Dial Is A Fax Or Phone No?

Is there any software which can enable winFax to distinguish whether the number it dial is a fax or phone no? - fax answer problem

My system required phone company network to all employees of the company if he / she dials a local number outside the system of forwarding, voice mail and on request a personal PIN code before the phone is actually available. When I use WinFax fax modem and try to fax out of the box, can not distinguish whether the number is a fax number or telephone to the fax reply block! (Local Fax no problem because they do not need to enter your PIN a local call) What should I do?
