Ok for me to excercise at 10 or 11 in morning & at 3 or 4 in evening?how much time should i spent in total? - is excercise ok for inflammed foot
I can not go to the gym. so m planning ecercise own four walls. Whether on foot, spinning, ABS, cracks and some minor exercises. Although I am not overweight but want to hip, waist and hips reduced. that this plan can be for me? Please help.
